Wario’s Jewels is now out ! http://wj7.fr.cr
You will find in this message the last evolutions of « Wario’s jewels », my game boy emulator for windows phone 7.
First of all, I want to thank all the people who sprayed the information.
I also want to point that it is so far only a game boy pocket emulator and not color, that may come later.
Here are the new things:
I have just added a save state which allows to quit the application but without losing your progression.
I have also corrected the ration problem but the screen isn’t fullscreen anymore.
A background I got from an i phone emulator has been set.If you feel like an artist, don’t hesitate and send me your backgrounds.
You can contact me by leaving a comment.
A screen now presents the description of the game taking the information back from the xml file.
Access to the roms is made by an xml file put on a server. This files gathers all the necessary information for the application like particularly the links to the covers and roms.
I am now writing a little application allowing to generate this file easily.
The structure of the file is thus but is likely to change.
